Guided Thought Helps

Guided thought is a method of training your mind to work through problems wisely. Through meditation, go deep down inside to your quiet place, or sacred space. Then ask the question on your mind.
It might look something like the comic here. How can you navigate that canyon and get safely to the other side. It certainly looks impossible from the edge.
While in your sacred space, sit quietly with the question and wait. At some point, an answer will form. Think about that answer. Is it the best one? Keep thinking until a few more ideas form. Now you have the freedom to think of them all and choose the best one for you.
This method usually provides better solutions than the most common one we see around us — people rushing to react without thinking too much. Often that creates more, or adds to, the current problem.
Rather, try using guided thought to help you reach a good solution.
