We Create our Happiness

We create our happiness. We are also capable of creating our own chaos and pain.
How do we create our happiness? It begins with loving yourself, caring for yourself.
Now I know I’m always harping on this, but in order to do that, we must stop for a moment, find somewhere quiet, and simply “be” with yourself for a moment or two. It takes that action so you can stop reacting to all the input surrounding you.
Stop for a moment, and give yourself a hug.
