People don’t just act on information alone. The sharing of ideas, perspectives and data is crucial. However teams fall apart when they aren’t operating on the same context level — essentially not singing from the same hymn sheet. Often this means getting people OUT of the detail — and up into a different perspective.
Knowing how to shift context levels inside a dynamic team is crucial.
