How can this lit sky
held aloft by hint of spring
collapse in snowfall
ONGOINGNESS
Walking weary bones
reached the sun on water’s edge
ripples carry forth
RUSH
Lost in dynamics
relentless whirling rapids
jump to rock and watch
FLOW
Hidden waterfall
we see your tale of descent
a secret dance, rushed
ICE
Glide of sunset light
upon billowy storm clouds
waters weep its leave
POSITIONING
A black and white day
bitter cold lines it all up
little bird floats by
BREAK
Shimmer on the ice
fragile collapse along edge
guide the ripple’s sway
ANTICIPATION
Grace of rolling lull
staring into the distance
waiting for big wave
