My Dufuna Story

So I found Dufuna quite awkward at the beginning, and a lot of my friends called it a scam. I decided to give it a try; eh it won’t kill me to try now would it?
I wrote the test (programming challenge), and got a reply later on that I’ve been accepted into the Dufuna scholars program. I was quite happy, my first scholarship/study-scheme.
Well We (the scholars) were all given partners, and each team (2 members) has a mentor. It’s been quite nice doing some of the tasks, tho some felt like a pain in the ass, especially when we had other academic work to complete. We’ve a curriculum which we adhere to, quite nice, and we’re also equipped with materials needed to aid our understanding. In addition to this we’re given a monthly stipend (in credit form) of N5,000, to purchase research data.
I’ve found the mentors which I relate to, to be quite helpful (they’re awesome). In summary, the program could be stressful a-times, but it’s totally awesome.
I’d recommend it to other students who would be interested. So you know the program rocks, I already have friends who are ready to join once it re-opens.
