Can’t access my Dlink DNS 323 on my home network with.

Windows can not find my NAS storage device (Dlink DNS-323) However, I CAN get to the DNS-323 via FTP and by using its static IP address to get to the setup screen of the device. For some reason The computer just stopped seeing the device. My router detects the DNS-323 and the mac address, as well as unique information I have entered in the DNS.
