Great post, Will! Great point about pay equity — did you know that in Brazil the labor laws mandate that you pay employees in the same role the same comp (unless they have more than 2 yrs. tenure difference)? Seems logical and fair to me. And I am sure if Will Chan has any weaknesses to be found they are 100% adorable :)
