I love people striving for their dreams, and aiming high, but I see college grads (my peers) indirectly disrespecting how hard it is to actually achieve something tangible in the real world where you can’t get half points for late submission. You get fired or go out of business.

As an almost college grad I agree a lot with this sentence. The jobs I have now I treat as if I was out of college. The skills I acquire now will help with my future career and recognizing that is really important because a lot of my peers do not notice this and disrespect managers and co-workers left and right. I worry for them when they graduate.
