I can appreciate the overall premise but the details DO matter. This article is very much written by a person who either 1. Isn’t married and 2. Doesn’t have child(ren).

Free time? What’s that? I get home from my busy day job and settle into another job — mom/wife/household manager. Once I’m done cooking dinner and shleping kids to activities/doing homework with them and my kids are in bed and I get 1 HOUR to myself before getting in bed and starting the rat race all over again. You better believe I’m going to be sitting on my@$$ drinking coffee in SILENCE. No coworkers, no kids and no WORK.
