No matter what you do. Do it the best way you can — or not at all. If you want to reach your full potential, that’s the quickest route. It’s also the hardest. But that shouldn’t be a surprise to you.
Design is different. Design helps us know the possible; the world as it might be. It’s a mechanism for exploring, evaluating, and shaping the future.
Getting better at receiving feedback is not about agreeing or disagreeing with an opposite point of view. It’s about asking the right questions, looking past your emotions, and evaluating feedback objectively, irrespective of who delivers it.
