Greetings!
My name is Dr. Jennifer Manlowe and I am a creative clarity coach who founded EmboldenU to help people eager to discover what they want to share with the world. After being a published author and a professor of psychology and Eastern traditions since 1993, I decided to leave academia and take my diverse interests into creative domains.
My heart said: “Your purpose is to support people wanting to go public in their creative lives.”
Since founding EmboldenU, I’ve seen many people get clear about their desires and, as such, turn them into something they can share with the world.
Whether we offer our talents directly or merely enjoy them for ourselves, expressing ourselves authentically enlivens; it boosts connections with those all around us.
Some clients — often in the second half of life — want to work with me because they feel unclear about “what I want to be when I grow up.” Others have a business or book idea they would like to take into the public domain but something seems to be holding them back no matter how many “Do It Yourself” classes they endure. They’ve felt one or more of these obstacles got in the way of going forward.
- they have a dream to write or start a business but feel stuck in doubt that it could be appreciated by others.
- they have already tried sharing their gifts but believe the response was lackluster.
- they have lots of ideas about what they want to share but don’t know where to begin.
- They have difficulty staying with their goals.
- they think they have to know more about their dream before they begin sharing it with others.
- they have continued to pay for classes, webinars, and workshops but never seem to get traction.
- they feel “spent” both energetically and financially and wonder if they should just give up on their dream altogether.
