You don’t now how lucky you are to have school after Labor Day. In FL schools can start as early as 8/10, so now almost all districts start then- only so they feel they can compete on standardized tests that don’t count on kids grades. Forget the fact that midterms, end of quarter grades, hoiliday concerts etc will be crammed into the week before winter break and grades, which do count, will go down. I think a move back to MD is in order…
