How true!! It could have been better, but it could have been a lot worse. Thank God, or whoever is out there, that I am free today. I don’t know you if you read either of the links on my piece, but one of them was to photos of the discovery, evidence the State of Texas had on me, which was overwhelming to say the very least. So worse? Absolutely!! And actually I don’t think I could have gotten much better. The District Attorney (prosecutor for the State) that I had the distinct pleasure to work with was fantastic. He was clear and concise and fair. That was important. So I am very grateful to have been sentenced to what I was and not a tremendous amount of prison time!!
