Korean entertainment industry tend to idealize celebrities too much and often put them in a very strict moral and ethical social standard, especially for women. This scandal reminded another one of the top Korean actor Lee Byung hyun who were married but had relationship with very young women. People got mad at that time but after a while, he managed to successfully carry out his career and many people approved his acting skill and somewhat separated his career from his private life style. However, I agree with your opinion that it would not be easy for this talented actress to carry on her career in Korean movie industry. This makes me sad because I love this combination of two people making amazing movies and people are so downgrading them.
