The ONE thing that finally changed my health

Forget the shakes, potions, paleo, keto, as the list goes on & on..

Nothing matters if it doesn’t stick.

My one word for you is: Consistency.

Something I have lacked basically my entire life.

I’ve always allowed myself to be pulled in many directions at once and this often leads to putting my own priorities on the back burner.

For once in my life, I’ve dedicated this year to myself. It took a lot of trial and error. Like, basically the whole year of starting to work out and eat healthy then getting side tracked–starting over, feeling like a failure.

Once Summer hit, it feels like the Universe aligns in my favor without giving me much of a choice.

After facing some health issues, I finally became sick of my own shit. Sick of being tired, moody, sick of being hungover, sick of eating things I know makes me feel like crap. Finally I found a food allergy test that helped me to narrow down what was causing havoc in my system and started swapping nightly wine time for gym time.

Now I’m 10 weeks into the PWR program by Kelsey Wells and the results have been incredible. Not only physically but a profound sense of mental clarity.

I’ve come to realize I’ve been living in a fog for over 15 years– never giving myself a break from alchole or substances (minus a few months in India several years ago) and not having gratitude for a fully functional body so many of us take for granite every damn day.

Yesterday I ran my first 5k and in my mind–I crushed it.

I tried to do this a year ago but couldn’t get past the pain in my heal from my parasailing accident 6 years ago. This time when I started training, I just pushed past it.

No more excuses. No more beating myself up for being a failure.

Be kind to yourself and be kind to you bodies. If you don’t like something change it.. Even if it takes you 10000+ times and over a decade to do so.. Like myself!
