Language Learning is not linear, it’s 3D

It is hard to measure growth, especially with an abstract thing such as language learning. We at times feel like we are not making progress, when in fact we actually are. I got started back up with Korean and I am amazed with how many words I actually know. I don’t really have the skills necessary to piece such words into sentences, but with time I know I will be able to.

It is all about the process. Make the journey fun and we don’t have to worry about the growth, because just like the tree, if we get the necessities (i.e. reading, listening, etc.) we will eventually grow no matter what. Some faster than others, but growth nonetheless.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
