4 Notes Per String Patterns and What they are great for

4 note per string patterns are usually associated with Allan Holdsworth and Shred metal techniques, but as you can see in this video it is also a great way to open up your scale positions and start using some larger intervals in your solos.

This video will give you some examples of the ways I use 4 notes per string concepts to make lines with larger intervals and to make easy and smooth to move from one position to the next.
