Pray tell, what was the last thing Canada fixed? I love Northern Minnesota as much as the next person, but if you’re going to send a bill, I’d love to see the list of services rendered :)

As for dismantling the CIA and the military, I think both institutions need to get out of their cold war mentality, and focus on destroying ISIS and other islamic terrorist groups, rather than fighting the russkies over the scraps of Europe.
