Wonder
“When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,
The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,
What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him?”
{Psalms 8:3-4 NKJV}
Sometimes you have to stop.
Sit down.
Look up.
And wonder…at the God who wrote His might in the night sky.
Wonder at His greatness; take in the scale of creation.
Try to count all those stars.
See how small we are…and how big He is.
Wonder, like David, at the heavens, the work of His hands…stand in wonder that He is mindful of us…and He visits us.
The One who placed the stars visits us.
