Life balance is what our partners, siblings, and parents think we need.
We have been conditioned to believe that achieving life balance is crucial. However, the truth is we simply need a more effective approach to harmonize our goals with various aspects of our lives. It is possible to lead a fulfilling life without the constant threat of burnout, even if it appears imbalanced to others.
I think, the key lies in integrating our core values into the decision we make.
