It would be interesting to see a ‘scale of value’ for various products, that included financial costs, time costs, space costs, etc. Not sure what it would tell you, but it would be kind of cool to see the real ‘costs’ of raising chickens compared to the real ‘costs’ of, say, making jam from foraged berries.
