One of the biggest inflection points for early stage companies is hiring.

Finding exceptional talent makes all the difference. Hiring is a real pain point, as is finding a job at a great startup. In fact, we’ve seen companies identify that their number one challenge is finding top talent and the time spent in doing so.

Silicon Valley Bank is here to help.

As a partner to startups in the global innovation economy, we are proud to launch an Early Stage Job Board, which can be found here.

The job board is a place where companies in the SVB community can have their open roles posted, and job seekers can sort through the companies and roles and click to apply.

We have identified white space where it has historically been challenging to find a single destination for early stage job postings, and we are looking to fill that gap for cutting edge early stage companies and for the talent looking to join them.

Currently, the Early Stage Job Board is focused on companies based in New York City and Boston who are hiring for roles in multiple geos. Eventually it will launch in NorCal and LA, and then exist on a national scale and then global scale.

Silicon Valley Bank is committed to helping entrepreneurs get through the ups and downs of startup life — including hiring. On the job board, there are over currently 150 open roles based in our Northeast community.

Feel free to share, to explore the roles, and if you want to have your company’s open roles automatically posted on this job board, you can reach out to us here.

In addition, if you know of folks who are looking for roles, feel free to share with them as well.

And of course, feel free to reach out to me at jshure@svb.com or at @jeremyshure with any questions!
