I’m not sure exactly what it means to you that they hadn’t responded by the time the television station published the story. Do you think that there is someone putting together sophisticated forgeries of police radios?

Wouldn’t it make a little more sense for it to just be sent in by one of the hundreds of people that take the time to record it because of the fact that it’s often needed to investigate abuses of power?
