Common mistakes of first time managers

So you just got named manager of a team of people that used to be your peers. Scary, right ?

On the one hand, this is probably because you had taken ownership of the subject, and got the respect of your teammates. But it probably feels awkward to be ‘the boss’, and there are some natural instincts that you need to fight.
