This hit me a lot closer than I expected. It feels like these problems are all throughout the current parent-child generation gap. I’d add on top of it the huge cultural divide when it comes to families’ perspective of mental health. I hope one day everyone learns to take advantage of the resources we have to help ourselves and each other. All the best to you and your loved ones.
