Many won't believe me if I tell them that I come from an Accounting background and that most of my family are ACCA certified. In 1997, I graduated IGCSE and, in 1998 my AS levels with my main majors (Principles of Accounting, Economics, and Commerce) with very fond memories.

However, in my final year of A level, I dropped from school and recycled to Information Technology. Why? I took a part time job during the holidays and was assigned as a junior clerk in a small office of 10 square meter. It was so tiny with no windows at all to the exterior. My main responsibility was to "balance the book" with that big ole desktop printing calculator during 60 days of my part time contract. That was the final drop!

I went to Jacey (JCS), got in, asked for the Director and after 1 hour, I got myself an apprenticeship which after 6 months, I became a junior engineer. In the meantime, I got myself certified as Electrical Engineer from our high esteem institution of the time, IVTB. Soon after in late 1999, I enrolled for the British Computer Society (BCS). It was the catalyst to my IT career, as I got promoted to senior engineer and then quality controller.

Then in 2001, I got hired by one of the big national conglomerate as their system manager, developing new system tools and bringing in innovation to the whole company while nurturing a growth mindset.

And in 2006, I joined Accenture at the lowest position possible just to gain the international exposure as Accenture was then in 183 cities around the world. I wasted no time, and soon 4 departments were under my care, implementing ITIL (ISO20000) standards and ISMS (ISO27001) standards with the Global Team, turning Accenture as a power horse in the outsourcing industry in our local market within the EMEA region and beyond.

Despite all the great achievements, in 2010 I left for Spradley PLLC, a position in Thailand as their Regional Director, overseeing the day to day operation with my main objective to increase productivity by digital transforming and outsourcing part of the business and all so while maintaining almost same operational cost.

After some fruitful years, in 2013, I went back to my home country as a Senior Analyst Manager joining Grant Thornton - GPO team with my main responsibility to stabilise projects (by identifying and logging problems using multiple internal controls with risk management), increase growth and instill a coaching mindset with our employees towards intentional self development through leadership.

In July 2016, I left to join CIS as their IT Director to transform and digitalise the whole institution on a low budget without compromising on problem, change, security, risk, and service continuity management with multiple disaster recovery plans allowing the institution to run remotely and without a physical premises.
