And this article is yet another reason why Twitter should spend more time talking to its users about how they’re using their product.

As a former product manager, I would have KILLED for user feedback like this when (re)designing a feature. Mainly because, even if this type of product usage is an edge case (I doubt it) — it’s an edge case I wouldn’t want to break.
