This is a bad argument. You are claiming three different things here:

  1. Form is feminine (most designers are men).
  2. “real programming” is a bias against form, instead of a bias towards complexity which exists in most if not all expert fields.
  3. Together these create gender bias, instead of just bias against the trivial, or being outside of the groups interest.

None of them have any presented case and are far from general truths. Make use of Occam’s razor.

Arbitrarily labelling things as gender bias trivializes Real Gender Bias.
