Fulfillment is closer than you think.

Some would call it claptrap, that meditation can be an essential element to ones life, so deeply that a life without it is a life not fully lived.

I was always on the fence, but general liked the sound of something like that.

Luckily I fell into the role and was able to experience the beautiful depths many times, and hopefully will get to experience it many more. Breath is so essential to life, and yet we believe it to be an automatic response, never giving ourselves the opportunity to find a view shifting release.

Instead we drink, take drugs, watch and/or interact with a brightly lit display.

I left having sex out of that list because good sex can be extremely effective at the same experience. That said, it generally isn’t, but, it definitely can be.

Playing sports is somewhere in between, just enough to wake the senses a bit, but, usually not waking the spirit much. Whatever that means to you if you haven’t reached the spirit.

My biggest wish for positive change involves an overwhelming community of many intersecting styles of meditation and service. I should work on getting my own, but, I think it’s potentially the catalyst we need to overcome our exponentially growing fraught.

I believe there are many obvious changes that aren’t happening because of the overwhelming disconnection from a deep source of information.
