In my eyes, this is a very backward approach to goals.
You can’t not reach something you haven’t set.
If you identify a goal that you truly want to achieve. Not a want, but a need. It’s never a draining ‘chore’.
In fact, it actually gives you the energy you need to keep going, not take it away. It gives you that get up and go, every morning. It’s never, ever in the way of anything because it’s the end result, not the hurdle. The only thing that can get in the way is the process.
Maybe you just haven’t found that one thing that drives you and there’s nothing wrong with that. It will come.
