FROM BEHIND THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN: A LESSON IN SELF-AWARENESS

As I write this on June 12, 2020, the entertainment industry of Hollywood, California, has been shut down for the last three months due to COVID-19. During this time period, many actors — and new aspiring talent — have had to place their dreams on hold. With so much uncertainty about what may happen in the future in the entertainment business (and in life), I thought it was appropriate to encourage my actor friends to keep pursuing dreams and goals. Productions have been given the “green light” for California to resume work beginning today, June 12. So, if you’re currently concerned about working in this industry into the future, I am here to encourage you to keep moving forward with your aspirations.

Here’s my story to help motivate you to keep going. Hollywood has profoundly impacted my life in a positive manner, and I believe it can do the same for you. Keep following your passion and share it with the world, for now more than ever, we need as much love as we can possibly get. Actors have a unique ability and responsibility to share emotions — including love — with the globe.

My Story
