Hello…
My name is Jesse, I am from Foxboro, Massachusetts. I moved to Philadelphia to study Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University in 2006. In the end, we decided it would be best if we saw other people. Shortly after thereafter, I determined that engineering may not be my calling. On my journey to find a more suiting career path, I found ballroom and Latin dance. When given the opportunity to get paid to dance with women, as opposed to figuring out math problems… I have been teaching dance for almost ten years now. Last year I decided I wanted to return to school, I spent that year taking classes at CCP and I am now at Temple. I love being back in school, it’s challenging, but very compelling.
A little about me personally… I love football, I am a Patriots fan (f*** the Birds) through and through. I spend almost all of my Sunday watching football, regardless of who’s playing. I love live performance, especially stand-up comedy, I go to probably 30 shows a year, at least. I love music. I love chocolate chip cookies. I have simple tastes but don’t get it twisted, there’s a mystery behind these eyes.
For the life of me I couldn’t tell you where I want to end up. I’m betting its not as an engineer. But I believe the juice come from the journey and not the destination. I am studying ME as a means to break myself, and grow. So far, its done a pretty good job of whipping my ass into shape.
