Revised Equity Model

I’ve used the traditional equity model for years in workshops and lectures. A blog post by Sippin the EquiTEA concerning the implicit bias within its design has forever changed my opinion about the original illustration.

Inspired by this blog post, I quickly shared it with colleagues and friends on social media. Little did I know that this author’s very insightful perspective would spark so much combative conversation.

In order to transform the combat zone into a brave-space for challenge and construction, I decided to make a quick and simple graphic-rendering to better explain the nuances of the author's arguments.
