So, you are a digital nomad. Hmm, as lucrative as it may sound, there are many ins and outs of it. Being a digital nomad is not that easy. As time passes, the biggest pain that becomes is getting together the best working toolkit. A toolkit that saves your time and ultimately your entire day for you.

But it sucks. Getting all the pieces of this puzzle is not so easy. What’s the best laptop charger that you should use? What’s the best webcam for virtual meetings? What about the Wi-Fi modem that works anywhere around the country — in every isolated city?

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Jessica Garza and I’m here to help you select the best nomadic work toolkit. So, shall we start?

First of all, any laptop would be good as long as it has a fast working processor in it. So, you are free to choose whichever brand you want. Maybe even be loyal to the one you have been using since your teenage. Personally, I use the HP Spectre Series. I update it whenever the new model comes in (a little showoff haha).

The laptop stand is a must if you are a proper posture person. If you have a table and chair kind of setup in your caravan or travel around on a train or flight. Roost’s Laptop Stand is suggested here because of its lightness and the way it is easy to use.

On the charging side of things, I have used a lot of chargers in the past. And, honestly speaking, the only thing that matters when it comes to chargers is the power and capacity they come with. Therefore, the higher the charging power, the better it is. Don’t go for a higher number of USB ports, please. It sucks. Why? — We will talk about it some other day. It’s a long story. You’d ask, what charger do you use Jessica? Well, I use Anker’s Nano II. It’s powerful, has more charging capacity, and provides a fast charging option too.

Monitors are an option but I’d say no to it because you won’t be called a digital nomad if you carry an entire desktop system kind of thing with you everywhere. Crazy, right?

USB cables are necessary. Again Anker’s a safe bet when it comes to USB cables. For the keyboard and mouse, go for Logitech.

Internet modem — the most fundamental thing. The thing that powers your tasks. The thing without which any other equipment is a waste unless you have pinball installed on your laptop. Again, what if you don’t?

Nomad Internet’s Nomad Air Modem is the best one. Just grab it without having a second thought. Why? It works even in the most isolated rural locations in the United States, lightning a lightning-fast speed of more than 200 mb/s, Wi-Fi 6 technology, and the ability to connect with 128 devices simultaneously. Also, if you are a traveling kind of person and are always on the go while working, the Nomad Travel Kit System would be a great thing for you to have.

It’s a real deal. I personally use it and I would suggest the same.

So, that’s about it. I think the suggestions I gave are one of the best ones, at least in my opinion. Maybe there are some other good ones out there. Would love to hear about them. In the meantime, I gotta peace out.
