ALMOND BUNS, for the absolute win! Cooked in my new silicone muffin top pan, they came out uniform, delicious, and probably the best “bread” substitute to date! Whereas my other fav, my cheddar biscuits (locate on my page) are equally scrumptious, these are more user friendly, they’re less intensely flavored so they made some damn good burger buns!!
HIGGGGGGHLY RECOMMEND! 2 carbs each…4 carbs total. Four measly carbs to be able to eat a full-fledged burger again? or a breakfast sammich?! I’m INNNNN.
