The day after tomorrow, Let’s get start it. Edinburgh I am here~!!

Edinburgh is Scotland’s compact, hilly capital. It has a medieval old town and elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassical buildings.

Nice lucky to travel this day, from morning, we didn’t have a any plan about here. Just free~!!

========================================

‘St Giles’ Cathedral’

Grand, Gothic medieval building and Presbyterian place of worship where John Knox used to preach.

St Giles’ Cathedral, also known as the High Kirk of Edinburgh, is the principal place of worship of the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh.

Its distinctive crown steeple is a prominent feature of the city skyline, at about a third of the way down the ‘Royal Mile’ which runs from the Castle to ‘Holyrood’ Palace.

========================================

After passing away ‘St Giles’ cathedral’ ,

‘St Mary’s Cathedral’ we’ve been here.

Gothic, 19th-century Episcopal cathedral that towers over the city and offers daily choral services.

Was similar type style with Cathedral of Liverpool, eh?

Btw, St Mary’s Cathedral or the Cathedral Church of Saint Mary the Virgin is a cathedral of the Scottish Episcopal Church in Edinburgh.

It was built in the late 19th century in the West End of Edinburgh’s New Town

The back-light made me annoying to take photo but it was fine….

No problem with me..

Palmerston Pl, Edinburgh EH12 5AW.

Was more beautiful than I expected. Sometimes, no expect makes us more surprised n better.

There’s gothic style downtown u can see easily which means were built in mid ages usually.

=======================================

Looming over the city is Edinburgh Castle, home to Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny, used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. Arthur’s Seat is an imposing peak in ‘Holyrood Park’ with sweeping views, and ‘Calton Hill’ is topped with monuments and memorials.
