I didn’t state that did or did not prejudge Mr. Rose. But, you are guilty of the same.

Agreeing to it before hand does not negate any allegation of rape. Drunken black outs are not a perpetual state. One can drift in and out of it. And, they knew she had been drinking before such exchange took place which poses a problem for her ability to consent. The issue consent and mental compacity is the ultimate problem for the defendant in this case. They all knew she had been drinking and cannot deny it. And, evidence of a black out occuring before they reached her home is referenceced in the texts referring to Rose’s friends having trouble getting her to let them in the apartment.

If they consider it a problem or how much of a problem they consider it cannot be ascertained just by their objections. It could also be objected for the fact that it is being brought up this late in the case. Also, as I stated in part #2, one can float in and out of a black out, and does not mean she is lying about experiencing one on that night.

I doubt you care what I do for living. Nor, is it relevant to this conversation. And, I do not want to risk another gaslighting accusation of diverting the dialogue. And, frankly your insuations are far less problematic for me than the hypocrisy of it.
