You should be able to “Print” a PDF from ON, if not in the app, then in the web app.

I printed a PDF, but for some reason, some of the lines of my handwritten text were getting butchered. I also tried exporting to Windows Journal, but the garbled lines still appeared. I decided to cut my losses and just go with the text format. I will try Windows Journal; I think I can export to a useful format from that app…
