I have to correct my comment. The name of the field can be in field.T (surrounded by brackets, as I said) or in field.TU. It depends on which software you use to create the form: LibreOffice uses field.T, Adobe Acrobat field.TU. Acrobat creates field.T, but instead of the field name, it contains an hex string surrounded by angle brackets.
