I think both eunuchs made that way by someone else and those “born that way” both refer to biology — men who were castrated, or individuals born with a deformity that rendered them eunuchs. A eunuch usually had no sexual desire whatsoever — it wasn’t only desire for women that was absent in castrated men. So it’s really a stretch to interpret Matthew 19:12 as a reference to homosexuality. It certainly isn’t “quite specific.”
