Iron sharpens iron. Jack White said you have to have a fight with your guitar and win! I totally disagree with the McArthur grant’s mission I heard once espoused as helping people create without the worries of day to day life. All I could think of was “Then, why create?”

But I do think it isn’t _just_ the struggle, it is being honestly authentic about the struggle.
