“speak the truth in love”

Those last two words are were people struggle the most. What does that mean? What does that look like?

A major part of this whole discussion is trust. One reason, IMHO, that so many people avoid confrontation is the amount of trust that was lost when they were confronted or when they confronted others. You can’t reasonably or responsibly confront someone who doesn’t trust you, either because the trust hasn’t been built or it has been lost.
