We agree more than disagree, as always. The difference is that since I’ve shed the illusion of conservative ideals, it is much easier to see the emotionalism underpinning even in the idea that economic governance and social governance can be addressed separately. It is harder to see when you believe in something that those ideals share the same nature as those one opposes, within the context of this discussion. I can’t conflate something that is already tied together.
