That’s a lot of questions, and none of them are quick! I’m not sure how to answer them individually, but this is how my faith and my company are connected, which I think is sort of what you’re asking:

I believe everyone has something they are uniquely meant to contribute to the world. It may change or grow over time, but there’s something that only we can offer and if we don’t do it it won’t exist in the world. This really really bothers me for some reason. The big problem is that most people have no idea what that is, or if they do, they are afraid to do it. There are a whole lot of reasons for that, including societal pressures, our educational system, religions, etc.

But if you are lucky and you have figured out what that that thing is, most of the time you can’t do it by yourself. You need other people, which means you need to become a leader. You need to raise money, or organize people, or start a nonprofit, or a whole host of different things. NationBuilder is software that helps leaders do that.
