If you’re considering Basecamp, and you need to constantly do the same type of project over and over, you should consider Teamwork.com.

At Great Dental Websites, a few years back, we needed a proper project management system. We had tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING out there that was even a little popular.

  • Basecamp
  • Asana
  • Zoho
  • Podio
  • Trello

As well as considering another 20 or so options like SmartSheet, JIRA, etc.

At our company, we are routinely doing the same sort of project over and over again (Creating a new Dental Website & online presence, and usually doing some online marketing in the form of SEO, Social and paid search). The process continues to evolve, but each time we bring on a new client we “clone” our new client project and customize it to the needs of that customers.

Teamwork excels at this.

Email Integration
A lot of our customers have used teamwork without ever even using it. They reply via email to tasks or messages and teamwork gobbles it up and organizes it. File attachments are seamlessly organized by task (and in the files section for that client). It just works.

Frequent Updates
The team at Teamwork is constantly updating the software. It’s always improving and never stale.

Chrome Plugin
The chrome plugin makes it super easy to spawn new tasks from the browser without even being logged in, and I find myself using it all the time.

Staff loves it
There are certain pieces of software (cough, salesforce, cough) that companies seem burdened with. That nobody wants, but everyone is forced to use for some reason. Teamwork is not this. It’s the ony piece of software that our staff universally loves. We had a new project manager come in once who wanted to switch. There was practically a mutiny. She eventually came around and now sings teamworks praise’s. It will convert anyone who tries it.

Get Teamwork.
