A Trip to the Kitchen

This morning I had to take a 10 minute Uber ride to SweetGrass Kitchens and was awarded the opportunity to tour their facilities. We first were able to see their growroom which grew only 1 strain. They then showed us where they bake the cookies and I was tempted to snatch a piece of cookie dough off the rack and eat it. We then saw where they packaged up the cookies and put them in boxes for the distribution. I have put some tweets below to see

In the afternoon Ry Prichard came and gave us a nice talk. Ry works for the Cannabist on a part time basis but spends the majority of his days at his full time gig where they specialize in live resin concentrates. Ry has got to be in the Guinness world record book for most knowledge on cannabis as a whole. Strain specification will be an integral part of this commercialized industry when it comes to the B to C level. Ry has his favorite as the OG variety he also likes exotic Sativas which take about 14 weeks to flower. I have dropped below a tweet I sent when Ry was talking to the class.
