How to Feed Ten Billion People in 2050

While I think most people will agree that the largest obstacle in feeding humans well and sustainability by 2050 means curbing our consumption of meat, simply saying “people should become vegetarian” isn’t really a solution. I wish you dove into methods for beginning to challenge consumer behavior or agriculture policy that perpetuates cheap grains used for rearing cattle.

Additionally, while I do think there is merit and loads of opportunity in vertical farming, from a cost perspective it’s not even close to traditional horizontal farming methods. If you expect consumers to burden this extra cost in the midst of trying to shift their behavior, that will be extremely difficult.
