Brian- First, the SIM card activation kit you mentioned includes not only the SIM, but the first month of prepaid service. It’s meant for customers who bring their own device. I’m not sure how this is evil?

Second, the prepaid plans are indeed an excellent way for individuals to save money and control their spending. They aren’t great for families who want to be able to share data between members.

Where’s the evil in that?
