How to become a fitness freak?

Instead of running behind a goal, become a person who enjoy’s working out and can’t miss it.

I recently heard about a retired army major who doesn’t miss his morning run or walk NO MATTER WHAT. When it’s raining he goes on a walk with an umbrella. When it’s filled with mist he carries a torch with him. What a dedication!!!

Additional benefits of morning workouts apart from being healthy:

Feel fresh: I feel very fresh all through the day when I run.
