Wow. I tried Xanax and slow, stupid, and off—like I was having a severe hypoglycemic (low-sugar) episode. No less anxious, just slow and stupid. My doctor said that wasn’t one of the documented reactions, so it wasn’t the Xanax. (I don’t use that doctor any more.)
